As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, & a Registered Yoga Teacher; Stefanie decided to create a mobile fitness company that would collaborate her skills & bring convenience to her clients. Stefanie brings an intimate knowledge of health & fitness to her treatment style, with 12 years of Physical Therapy & Personal Training experience.
Stefanie completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at The University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2007. She received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northeastern University in 2012.
Stefanie brings an intimate knowledge of health & fitness to her treatment style, with her years of Personal Training experience. Stefanie has grown to love running after completing 15 Marathons including Boston (2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017), Chicago (2013), Maine (2014), Philly (2014), NYC (2015), London (2016), Baystate (2016) & Berlin (2017), Maine (2018), Quebec (2018), & Tokyo (2019).
Stefanie's passion for healthy living and first-hand knowledge allows her to specialize in rehabilitation of injuries. Stefanie also specializes in working with the elderly population. She enjoys treating a wide variety of patients, but her clinical interests include evidence-based treatment approaches, hands-on manual therapy, emphasis on posture, and ergonomics. Stefanie ensures to develop an individualized exercise program that incorporates each patient’s individualized needs and personal goals.
Stefanie also excels in educating her patients since she has teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant in Gross Anatomy at Northeastern University and Introduction to Exercise Science at UMass Amherst. Growing up, Stefanie was involved in competitive gymnastics and all-star cheerleading. Currently, in her spare time she enjoys running, yoga, cooking, spending time with her puppy/family/friends, and living a happy & healthy lifestyle.

Laura Maglio MSPT, ABPTS received her Physical Therapy Degree at Boston University with further education at Mass General Institute of Health Professions receiving certification specializing in Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Care.
Laura has over 20 years of physical therapy experience and is currently employed at Partners Healthcare at Home treating patients with variety of orthopedic, cardiopulmonary and medical complex diagnosis. As part of a treatment plan Laura provides patients with individual home exercise programs including aerobic training, strength conditioning, exercise prescriptions and proper nutrition to create a healthy lifestyle.
Laura often enjoys an active lifestyle appreciating many of the benefits of city life, running along the Esplanade, skiing, yoga, meditation and spending time with her family and friends.

Reece is an Exercise Physiologist/Physical Therapy aid, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Functional Movement Coach.
Reece graduated from Springfield College cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Exercise Science and currently works for Boston Health and Wellness, Athletic Evolution (Nike SPARQ Training Center), and Fit life.
Reece is a well-rounded health and wellness professional with a passion for athletics and sports performance and as a past football and lacrosse player. He enjoys hanging out with friends, going out to eat, playing yard games, listening to music, and watching Netflix.

Taylor, a health enthusiasts and lover of all things wellness, is currently completing her 200 hour teacher training at Yoga Works Boston. Taylor began practicing Vinyasa in her home town of Burlington, Vermont, where she developed a love for movement and meditation.
After graduating from Suffolk University in 2017 with a degree in public relations, Taylor spent time volunteering in South East Asia. Taylor hopes to use health and fitness as a way to bring our community together and engage positively with ourselves and each other.
