Cali grew up practicing yoga off and on with her mom in Colorado. She played lacrosse her freshman year of college at and initially relied on her yoga practice as a way to stretch and relax after long hours of practice, but quickly fell in love with both the physical and mental benefits. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2017 at Kindness Yoga in Denver and has been teaching ever since. She moved to Boston in June of 2020 where she works during the week as a 7th grade English teacher.
Cali tries to frame her classes so that anyone can be successful regardless of their experience by providing plenty of modifications and opportunities to challenge themselves. Her ultimate goal is to help her students learn to love yoga as much as she does!
After several years of practicing pilates, I decided to become an instructor and share my passion with others. As a Personal Pilates Instructor I will provide you with the tools to engage both your mind and body. I will help you develop realistic fitness goals and keep you on target to reach these goals.
Pilates will strengthen your core, release tension, improve flexibility and restore the body to balance. Pilates will counterbalance these activities by uncurling the body, lengthening the spine and leaving you walking taller and feeling more energetic.
