You are immediately greeted by 2 Emotional Support Animals named Samuel Adams & Paul Revere. The tables are brand new and clean. Your heat is waiting for you on the table and your spot is ready for your arrival. Everyone that works here knows your name when you walk in. The treatment here is above and beyond and I feel like I'm in a comfortable home, rather than a doctors office. There is a daily trivia question and a skeleton named Indiana Bones that is dressed up for holidays. They do Orthopedic & Pelvic Floor PT, they have Shockwave, & they ACCEPT ALL INSURANCES! There is even a Med Spa on site with a nurse that does Botox, Semaglutide (Ozempic), & Vitamin B12 & C injections. Come & see for yourself! 10/10 Recommend!"

"Due to scoliosis and injuries, I've needed Physical Therapy several times in my life. Appointments at the aptly named Boston Health and Wellness really do feel more like a Health and Wellness experience, and not just physical therapy. In the past, I've found PT to be a painful and unpleasant necessity. However, the treatment at BHW is so different!
I was in pretty bad shape, dealing with multiple rib fractures when I started treatment there. I was in constant pain and it was difficult to move at all much less stretch and do strengthening exercises.
I absolutely appreciate the therapeutic and healing care provided by all of the knowledgeable and encouraging team members. And the staff there do feel like your teammates thorough the healing process! I can't say enough about the incredible patience, motivation and results that I received from Boston Health and Wellness. I recommend them highly and I'm so grateful for the care and support I received there!

"Stefanie and her team are very knowledgeable and passionate about physical therapy. They make this a fun environment to learn, grow, and heal! Everyone is warm and friendly, and it is never an appointment you dread going to, even if they do make you work at your improvement. Each week they build on the last with new and different challenging exercises. Though PT is something we do for a short period of time, they welcome you so that you never want to leave. "

"I love this place! Every visit feels like a treat AND a treatment. I have been coming here since I was ~6 months pregnant with my second baby; Jackie kept me going through what would have been a very uncomfortable third trimester. I returned for postpartum care and am so appreciative of the expertise and positivity that I encounter during every visit, whether working with Ishtar, Jackie, Sarah, Jojo, Kate, Stefanie, Rosalind, or Erica at the front desk. Love that each visit includes various modalities for loosening muscles and soothing aches in addition to carefully targeted and supported exercises to help with diastasis recti. BHW is beyond caring and amazing. Steffi, the owner, is smart, caring and will make you laugh.
As a male in need of pelvic floor pt, she and the entire staff made me feel comfortable. Everyone cares for you to be successful.
Other PT practices you feel rushed or move from person to person. Not here, you are treated with respect, everyone is on time. It is how an office should be run.
And after three sessions, I can already feel the difference. Going forward BHW is my go to place for all PT needs.
