"I love this place! Every visit feels like a treat AND a treatment. I have been coming here since I was ~6 months pregnant with my second baby; Jackie kept me going through what would have been a very uncomfortable third trimester. I returned for postpartum care and am so appreciative of the expertise and positivity that I encounter during every visit, whether working with Ishtar, Jackie, Sarah, Jojo, Kate, Stefanie, Rosalind, or Erica at the front desk. Love that each visit includes various modalities for loosening muscles and soothing aches in addition to carefully targeted and supported exercises to help with diastasis recti. I wish my visits could be covered indefinitely… <3 Thank you, Boston Health and Wellness!"

"Having a daughter that does both competitive cheer and gymnastics, I understand the importance of having access to good physical therapy. The entire team here is dedicated to keeping the patients healthy and active. The therapy dogs make going to PT fun, and the atmosphere is clean and bright and everyone is friendly and invested in your personal wellness. I love to support a local business too! "

Why are there not 6 stars?
BHW is beyond caring and amazing. Steffi, the owner, is smart, caring and will make you laugh.
As a male in need of pelvic floor pt, she and the entire staff made me feel comfortable. Everyone cares for you to be successful.
Other PT practices you feel rushed or move from person to person. Not here, you are treated with respect, everyone is on time. It is how an office should be run.
And after three sessions, I can already feel the difference. Going forward BHW is my go to place for all PT needs.
I cannot highly recommend them enough.
