Physical Therapy Clinic in Wakefield
Our second office is open on North Ave and taking new patients now. Same practice, same phone number, same one on one care, closer to home if Stoneham is the wrong direction for you. Dr. Jennifer Labita, PT, DPT, FDN, directs care here. Hours run differently day to day, so check the schedule below, or just call (617) 843-5320 and we will find you a time that fits.

How care works at our Wakefield clinic.
Understand
A newer office does not mean a lighter version of the practice. Your first visit on North Ave is the same full evaluation this practice has run since 2014: your history, your movement, and the specific tests that isolate where the symptoms are actually coming from. Your licensed physical therapist walks you through what they found and what it will realistically take to change it, in plain language, before you leave the room.
Fix the root cause
Chasing the sore spot is how people end up back in therapy a year later. We treat what is driving it. Manual therapy restores the motion that went missing, then loaded movement teaches the area to tolerate real work again. Wakefield runs the same advanced options as Stoneham, including cupping, dry needling and shockwave, and your therapist explains the reason behind each choice while making it.
Strengthen & prevent
Then we build you past where you were. Strength comes back in stages, matched to what your week actually demands, whether that is a commute, a job site, a jogging stroller or a return to your sport. By the end you should be able to run your own program, recognize the early signs of a flare, and handle it yourself before it becomes another course of physical therapy.
Ready when you are.
