Kara received her Bachelor of Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst graduating in 2014. She then went on to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Boston University graduating in 2019.
Kara has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, finding her passion working in outpatient orthopedics. She works with a variety of age ranges but is passionate about working with the geriatric population and the impact that exercise can have on fall risk. Kara uses a multi-modal approach to her care using manual therapy, dry needling, and patient specific exercises to help them get back to their personal goals.
During her free time Kara enjoys Salsa dancing, weight training, traveling, hiking and watching reality TV. She grew up with an extensive dance background including competitive dance and ballroom.
