Hi! My name is Shawneen, and I live in Winthrop, MA. I’m starting the IHP physical therapy program this June. Before this, I worked as a strength and conditioning coach, which sparked my passion for helping people move, perform, and feel their best.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, trying new activities, and getting lost in a good book. I’m also a proud new cat parent and love spending time cuddling with my kitten, Goose.
